Ovsyannikov P.B

He was born in 1951. In 1977 he graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory of Tchaikovsky (the class of K. Hachaturyan). From 1978 to 2004 he worked in the Presidential Orchestra of the Russian Federation as a conductor, and later as the Art director and a principal conductor. During his work at the Presidential Orchestra he put a lot of efforts to converse a brass band into a large symphony.

As a result the Presidential Orchestra has become well-known throughout the country and is respected by the leaders of various countries, such as the Queen of Great Britain, the Chancellor of Germany, the US president, the presidents of CIS countries.

P. Ovsyannikov is one of the authors of the protocol ceremony, held with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation. He has written the music and the musical fanfare to the Presidential Emblem of the Russian President. He is the author of the new arrangement of the Russian Federation Hymn, officially accepted for execution in our country. Over the years P. Ovsyannikov collaborated with many well-known Russian composers: T. Hrennikov, Petrova, A. Pahmutova, N. Bogoslovsky, O. Feltsman, E. Krylatov and others. He issued a huge number of records with the best soloists of classical and popular music: Irina Arkhipova, E. Nesterenko, Elena Obraztsova, L. Kazarnovskaya, I. Kobzon, A.Pugacheva, L. Zykina, L. Dolina, L. Leshchenko and others.
