Tkalenko Y.V.

In 1998 he graduated from the graduate school of the Russian Academy of Music with a degree in orchestral conducting. In 2000-2006 he was a musical director and a conductor of the Chamber Orchestra of Ancient Music “Royal Court”. He passed training at the Moscow Academic Musical Theatre, conducted concert programs with the National Symphony Orchestra under Vladimir Ponkin. Collaborated with the Mariinsky Theatre, the Moscow Theatre “Helikon-Opera”, the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theatre. He has participated in the projects of the Moscow International House of Music, took part in the XII festival “Summer Ballet Seasons” on the stage of RAMT. Since 2002 he was a conductor of the Opera Center of Galina Vishnevskaya. He took part in the productions and conducted the performances  of “Ruslan and Ludmila” by Glinka, “The Tsar’s Bride” by Rimsky-Korsakov, “Faust” by Gounod, “Rigoletto” by J. Verdi, “Carmen” by Bizet, “Iolanta” and “Eugene Onegin” by Tchaikovsky , “The Marriage” by Mussorgsky, “Vampuka” by V. Ehrenberg, “Boris Godunov” by Mussorgsky. He took part in a tour of the Opera Centre in the cities of Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Mexico; International Festival “May Opera Evenings in Macedonia, the All-Russian Pushkin Theatre Festival, the International Festival of Arts “War and Peace”, Opera Festival “Bartok+” (Miskoic, Hungary). In 2012 he headed the Tomsk State Academic Orchestra.
