Fund objectives:

– assistance in activities in the field of culture, art, spiritual development of the individual;
– assistance in patriotic, spiritual and moral education of children and youth;
– support for talented youth, creative individuals, collectives and the development of cultural interregional and international relations .
– organizing events aimed at popularizing academic art, developing interaction between various creative teams and performers of the world;
– organizing and holding charitable concerts for low-income categories of citizens.
